Sarah was polite, a great listener, not pushy and was seeking to meet my needs. Mike T. Seemed untrustworthy, tried to sell me the car at a different price/interest rate that was signed/agreed upon; and couldn't be bothered to help find a lower interest rate despite my excellent credit. Zero customer service. I'd be embarrassed to have him on staff.

They were very helpful and accommodating. I can't remember his name but he's the one who made my 2nd car keys and tires. Had a great experience at Nissan Vision. I came in because of a tire issue, and the team was incredibly accommodating and helpful. They patched my tire for free and had everything taken care of in less than an hour. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process stress-free. I really appreciate their honesty and excellent customer service. Highly recommend Nissan Vision for anyone needing vehicle service!
