Went for Inspection. Was disappointed with needing rear brakes on a 2024 vehicle with about 18,500 miles. Morgan helped adjust the charge. The wait wasn't bad and Morgan was very pleasant.

They were great. I booked my appointment using the AI robot, unfortunately they didn't know I was coming. He helped and said we will make it work and they were glad I came. He squeezed me in. I don't like the robot to book my appointment and it wasn't fair to the front desk service person to not know I was coming. I have been a customer of Nissan Vision in Greece for some years and I always get excellent service.
Morgan specifically made sure we were taken care of. My Rogue died just before our 4th anniversary of owning it and she coordinated all the research to make sure my extended warranty was used correctly to cover the repairs. Not sure if I would buy another Nissan, but Vision Nissan would get my business if I do.
