When I purchased my 2025 Nissan rogue. I did not get the full explanation of all the features the new car had. There were a couple small issues that the salesman kind of brushed off. No response from text or email from the person who was the loyalty manager. Just disappointed with the lack of customer service that was provided.

My sale rep Dylan was so great in making everything happen. He was easy to talk to, never pushed me out of my comfort zone. If your looking for a new car go see Dylan. I love my new car it's the best safety wise and all so spacious.

Used the online scheduler only to find out it was ignored and had to return 90 minutes later for service. Therefore only 2 stars. However the service tech was pleasant, accommodating and helpful.

What started off as a negative experience ended up in a positive experience overall. After a miscommunication the manager Mike stepped in and made things right. Been working with them about two years now. Dealer prices are always higher but I have to say I don’t mind paying the extra when I know I’m getting quality work. They’ve caught issues with my car during routine maintenance before they became a bigger problem and as a bonus, these things were covered under warranty.
